Thanks for your responses…I think I may have worded my question incorrectly.
What are the fees associated with a loan (closing costs, inspections, etc.)? Our credit scores are as close to prefect as possible and have enough cash for a considerable downpayment, so we won’t have a problem qualifiying. We just want to start narrowing what our actual downpayment will be.
