I was just wondering why — after sitting for almost a year, and having gone through multiple price drops — someone suddenly popped up and wanted to pay over asking.
Yes, it is a nice house. Just thought the sale was weird. Maybe they are “mobbed-up” flippers. 😉
BTW, I think flippers are coming back with a vengeance. Nothing like having the government encouraging and promoting fraud and theft to get them all fired up! Free mortgages for everyone!
