The value of someone that really knows the area you are looking in and can foresee things about a home that you wouldnt ever think of in advance because they look at far more homes than you ever would is worth more than I could ever say.[/quote]
Hm… you make it sound like all you have to offer is a glorified SDLookup. And the cost is the difference between yours and redfin’s fee.
I am on my own with a 3% agent just as well. There is no satisfaction guarantee and no return period.
