Fingers crossed for you. I know that area will probably be the last to be hit, if it happens. But I’d think unless we have a tremendous recovery a la’ roaring 20’s, it’ll muddle along flat w/some small ups and downs, so if this one doesn’t pan out, something better may be around the corner.
