I agree about the vibe, the overall sentiment out here is pretty pleasant considering all things. Talked to the young couple looking at the last house for sale on my block and they’ve never been happier – they’ve wanted to buy something out here but the prices are finally reasonable. Of course I did my duty and tried to dissuade them by telling them to panic and hoard food, guns and gold but they simply wouldn’t listen. Idiots I tell you!
