Which makes it funny.

fear of gov’t (pasty evil and white)
fear of mexicans (less white but tastier)
fear of everything else (some tasty, some pasty, some white, mostly scary)
Use of lots of utterly mad assertions with social studies vocab words and no backup.
Rule of law.
