Here are some other CV properties that could justify the pricing difference:
I left the ones going for close to 900 off that are on the border of PQ bc there is no commute difference (maybe 8 minutes?).
Half a million difference isnt justified, but if you could get a comparable sized home (whats 200-400 sq ft when you already have 3000) for a mere 100-200k more in CV potentially with ocean view?
