My issue really revolves around the fact that I still pay for MLB.tv, UFC fights and Netflix. Then I find between those three and regular network programming we pretty much get what we need. Sounds like if I get regular Cable into the house that ESPN3 will an option. Since the kids have small HD monitors, I can get the other one a Roku, and perhaps one for the main TV and spare. Still a bit of an upfront investment.
OTOH I think ATT Uverse has streaming to iPhone/Android devices? I guess slingbox would do that as well. Certainly even cable will get more interesting as they integrate to your smart phones but man you end up paying through the nose.
