It’s gonna cost you more, a six figure income is the cost of admission but just barely. Enough Pleasantries, French valley is going to fold like a lawn chair, you will get your $65 a square and you will go nuts because you will never feel at home in your community. You will be Winchester on M.A.S.H., living with Hawkeye and Pierce and you will be the only one without a toy hauler and a visible tattoo, but you will have granite in the middle of nowhere. Actually harveston would be good, you’ll be happy there, just don’t expect French valley prices or Sq ftge in Harveston. Even when the market tanks and the recession is in full swing, you still pay more to get more.
