marion, I’m not ignoring you, I’m just reading some NFL analysis, big games tomorrow and I need to know all the injuries. With regards to french valley, To quote Denny Green “They are who we thought they were.” I don’t know what to tell you, you want Carlsbad neigbors for Hemet prices, you can’t have both. There are readers here who wouldn’t dare live more than ten miles from the ocean, everyone is looking for something different in a community. For me, French valley isn’t it, you might like it and I am in no place to tell you what you like. It will be cheap and it isn’t as bad as Elsinore or Hemet but other than that I don’t know what to tell you. You want upscale neigbors who keep their places nice but don’t want to pay upscale prices or pay for an HOA, another paradox. From what I can tell you need to lower your square footage target and come live in a small place amongst us South Teme snobs, it’s halfway in between Carlsbad and French valley demographicly and the Redhawk HOA is $30 and quite effective. It’s gonna cost you more, a six figure income is the cost of admission but just barely. Enough Pleasantries, French valley is going to fold like a lawn chair, you will get your $65 a square and you will go nuts because you will never feel at home in your community. You will be Winchester on M.A.S.H., living with Hawkeye and Pierce and you will be the only one without a toy hauler and a visible tattoo, but you will have granite in the middle of nowhere. Actually harveston would be good, you’ll be happy there, just don’t expect French valley prices or Sq ftge in Harveston. Even when the market tanks and the recession is in full swing, you still pay more to get more.
