I actually worked with a close family friend – I just did the legwork finding the place with Redfin. I was actually out viewing houses when I got my daily redfin alert on my phone and was able to get to the place I purchased as soon as it was listed. If it wasn’t for the redfin alert there is a good chance I would have been too late.
