But, if the owning should be close enough to rent, then probably 500K would be the bottom. I agree with you that Mona Lisa should not have gone for much more than 500K. Thing is, 1) we are not at the bottom in CV yet, not by a long shot – but maybe we’ll get there in a year or two – and then perhaps a La Plage one will be 500K; and 2)there are not that many large townhomes on the market, right? demand and supply.
