It’s pathetic the tricks they resort to. And now that it’s a buyer’s market, it’s like shooting yourself in the foot. Turnoff, unless, again, it’s some house you love. I’ve experienced enough disappointment and am learning to not fall in love w/anything except the price, but in the right location.
