Interesting, too…just yesterday we were going for a walk and noticed far more “for rent” signs than we’ve seen in the whole time we’ve lived here (5 years). This is very good for us bears, as lower rents should help knock out all the new “landlords” who wanted to rip off the renters with highly inflated rents. Woo-hoo! 🙂
