I would be concerned if I had kids about the school in the area. I don’t think it’s thought of as the best. If this is not a long term purchase, I’d take that into consideration, as most people w/kids looking to buy seem to have schools on their mind and could be a factor when selling.
I look in the area and there are many older homes w/deferred maintenance w/view potential that IMO are asking too much, and sometimes getting it.
