I used to live by an adult fully supported by her parents who ‘worked’ for the family business so the rent and car could be paid for in a tax-deductible fashion. She used to brag about ‘her’ townhouse, one time I asked her what the HOA fee was, she didn’t have a clue but she said she would ask her daddy and get back to me. She was home 95% of the time IIRC.
