I took a walk at Harveston this week, and there is a very nice lakefront — west end, near the playground — home, 2200 sq ft, priced at $499k. The flyer also suggests that any “reasonable” offer will be accepted.
Have to tell you, for someone that likes Harveston, that seems like a house to make an offer on.
