I should also add that we received an email this morning from NY alerting all divisions to the rising tide of bankruptcy among vendors in the entertainment industry: graphics houses, payroll companies, production companies, equipment rental houses…you name it.
This is so mind-numbing that I struggle to even comprehend what’s happening.
And I’ve been preparing for 3 years.
What the hell is going on in the minds of people who did not even see this coming?
And Allan: how much longer do you think this site is going to focus on real estate? When are people going to stop trying to call a “bottom” in housing and realize that we have problems that are SO much bigger than trying to game the market and find distressed properties and the best interest rate for a jumbo in a bedroom community?
We are literally staring into the jaws of Armageddon.
