I “only” pay $750 a month in rent for a 3 bed 2 bath, and I just found out it’s going up $40 next year. I think I’ll look around! Since it costs $8800 a year to edumacate my son and I don’t pay any property taxes directly I guess it’s not such a bad deal, but I’m still looking. Even though it still makes sense to rent, I would still like to be able to afford to buy and that is why I must wait a little longer.
