I only don’t go to ARCO because they don’t take credit, the costco AMEX gives you 3% back on gas(~12 cents/gallon now). That being said, I’ve yet to actually get gas at Costco, and I bet a majority of those people in line would gladly pay $1 to cut to the front, but will wait there instead of going down the street on the principal of getting the cheapest gas.
