I had already checked with Travelers, AAA, State Farm, and a number of other providers, but had no luck. I am still trying to get information from the neighbors, but I think that there may have been a drastic jump in the premiums since the 2007 fires, so a policy written before that time may not be representative of a policy that I can get today (or so some people have suggested to me). In the meantime, I appreciate any other insight anyone may have to offer. Thanks again!
