I find it sad when someone as shockingly unqualified as Obama manages to skate into the nomination of a major US political party. The fact he did it before anyone even knew anything about him (other than his skin color) demonstrates conclusively that affirmative action and tokenism is a very dangerous thing.
Now we have a VP candidate under McCain who is only moderately more qualified than Obama. She was chosen primarily because she is as she.
This will be the first affirmative action election. Our leader will be chosen not based on merit, qualifications, capability, or talent…but on blind tokenism. The leftists must be very proud…they should be ashamed.
