I can’t suggest any particular bank. I can tell you that we currently use both Sovereign Bank and US Bank for our business (chemical industry). We moved our business to SD two years ago and would have continued with Sovereign, but alas, they are not located here. While I think a local banking relationship is important, we maintain a line of credit with a Sovereign Philadelphia branch. No real complaints with either, though I’d say US Bank is a tad more conservative with their revolving credit lines and they nickel and dime me a little more than Sovereign.
We have been thinking of looking at Wells Fargo because of their balance sheet strength.
