I am trying to sell my house in Carmel Valley for approx. $1.3M. I have had SEVEN offers all for the SAME EXACT price of $1.150M. I’ve countered all of them but have yet to work out a deal. I’ve asked the buyers where they come up with that number and there seems to be no logic behind it. There seems to be no reluctance to lowball and no difficulty finding a realtor to write up the offer. I have nightmares about that number now – it’s driving me crazy!!!
