Does anybody have more accurate the selling price for plans 3 and 4? I can probably make it work with plan 3, but plan 4 looks really nice with lots of space and closet space.
EDIT: Sorry, I missed the price for the plan 4 and HOA. Yes, I think it’s a good deal right now, if you really need to be in CV.
