Guns, ammo, water, dehydrated and/or freeze dried food, cooking oil, medical texts and supplies. If you’re a nut, or can afford it, why not? I’m all for hedging bets.
May as well stock up on liquor and tobacco seed too. I foresee ammunition, alcohol, and tobacco, being great barter items.
