Geez, jimmyle, that’s fantastic. How are you measuring that? Do you write down miles and gallons in a log book at the gas pump, or are you trusting the digital readout?
The reason I’m asking is that I have co-workers who drive the Temecula/San Diego commute in Priuses and they are getting high 40s – they measure with miles/gallons in a log book. You’re the first person I heard claim over 50.
I’ve seen several article claiming that actual Prius gas mileage doesn’t match the EPA stats of 48 city / 45 highway.
