Friday- 4 for Little Cesear Pizza/breadsticks at the beach $9.00. Beach=Free Entertainment
Saturday-Grocery Shopping for the week $100..$14.28 per day.
Drove to relatives house at the beach for the weekend, $2 for gas. Beach=free entertainment for a family of 4.
Sunday- $0- at the beach
Monday- $2 in gas for drive home. Unloaded car and did laundry. Kids rode bikes we walked to Mexico Viejo for dinner $20.
Total Weekend Expense- $45.28
We did pretty good!!! Just a side note about people not spending. I personally don’t know anyone who traveled out of San Diego for this weekend. We usually know at least a couple of families who go somewhere. Nada. Also, the beach in Carlsbad was DEAD all weekend. Usually there are people at this particular beach on any given weekend, once again NADA. Our relative took us to Joe’s Crab Shack on Sunday for lunch, I think there were maybe 5 other tables of patrons.
