For me having come and gone it is the lack of any positive discussions. I wind up lurking a bit because I get bored sometimes staring at futures markets all day long and take breaks.
There does seem to be a good amount of brain power in here, so it would be nice to have some positive threads on how to make money now. We all know RE is toast for awhile, so what else are you going to do? I always have the markets, but it seems that alot of people in here miss opportunities that might othwerwise be available, by being so negative.
I guess it is an RE blog so maybe that is what I miss, there isn’t much positive to say about RE so maybe by default this just becomes a negative place. Maybe I just fail to realize that.
