FLU, That is a good nickname for you, as your post are usually a bit viral and tend to make me want to puke.
Maybe you can spend your time waiting for the meltdown by pondering the fact that 100,000,000 (That's One Hundred Million) people have fallen into abject poverty in the last 60 days due to the run up in food cost around the world. Just for a reality check; that means in fear of starvation. I just think there are some more important things going on then people not being able to afford an overpriced home. Hopefully you will start being pissed off about the right things.
Is this more important that your "landscaping" that you just spent money on?
"Fortunately there is still enough good info on this site to keep coming back, but the there sure is a lot of condescending . And by the way, I am using my $1800 check to landscape my yard with drought tolerant plants from Andersen's on La Costa. Sorry, if owning a home and excited about getting my rebate check makes me unwanted on this site." But don't worry, I'm sure your plants will survive long enough for your short sale."
Seems to me your the last person that should be lecturing to me about generosity of those one hundred million people starving, or about helping out people more needy. The irony of your post. I'm sure you gave a clear example of what the righteous priorities are. Landscaping or 100million people starving. Hmmm. Seems like a tough one to figure out…Who's on the high horse now. Got mirror? Me, I never claimed to have a high sense of righteousness…. If you do puke because of my name, I'm flattered, just make sure you don't do it in the direction against the wind.
