FLU – one of my properties was in Imperial Beach – took me about 45 minutes to get there in light traffic and as much as an hour in heavy traffic
I decided that even the 45 minute drive was too far away to own a rental
At the time I was managing my own units and working full time so the drive time was an issue – when / if I have rentals again I will not manage them myself so a 45 minute drive might be acceptable
