If a balanced view of reality is key, then we need to admit that a lot of southern Ca is a 2 income household area. It is true 90% are still employeed, but it is also true that a far larger number than 90% will be effected. How many of you could maintain your standard of living without your spouses income?

I’m single, still able to buy at 3x income out here. The plan is to pay down this place aggressively and then pick up a small condo near the coast (OC or SD) with the now girlfriend, soon wife’s income. 4-5 years when the coast bottoms, good deals to be had there I believe.
