I’m not so convinced that FSBOs, with some assistance, won’t become much more common. People who currently sell FSBO are probably rather non-standard, but as the saying goes “The pioneers get the arrows and the settlers get the land.” The nutjobs will probably pave the way for others to sell homes more cost effectively. And I know I’m sounding rather repetitive, but could we at least keep the discussions here to a PG 13 level? Thanks in advance.
