Someone asked a few days back about the status of the LaCresta house. The address is 19141 Avenida de Louisa in Murrieta. The house was repossessed by the lender a while back, and is currrently on the market for – try not to get yourself too excited – under a million dollars!
Funny thing. When you compare the pictures on the MLS listing with the ones that were on Lisa’s mySpace page, the kitchen looks different. As in, most of the major appliances were removed before it went on the market. I hope that this means that Steve and Lisa will not have to be enduring life without their capp-coffee machine and their pizza oven. I’ve had many a sleepless night agonizing over that possibility.
