CA Renter: Yes, in the private sector you are correct about the benefits of unions; and in the private sector I would love to see unions make a comeback. I understand fully that the gov’t started breaking the backs of unions back in the 50’s in the name of communism.
The big difference is that private sector unions and their members are not tax payer supported.
