Besides unstable ground, that area of Soledad Mtn facing I-5 is near the border of LJ and PB. It doesn’t even FEEL like LJ because its not ocean- oriented – just has a LJ zip code.
Better find out if that property was one of the affected landslide properties that recently “moved” off its foundation. I would also be a good idea to check if the City PROPERLY REPAIRED the hillside behind it or the street or just put a band-aid on it. The street might be a huge sinkhole just waiting to happen. And check the fwy noise surrounding it. Just my .02.
