Back when we were looking there were months,ok maybe weeks when we would just give up. Sometimes you just have to take a break,often this will change your perspective. Virtually every house we looked at was a fixer, boy am I glad we didn’t buy any of those. They each had good points,so I guess to each their own, I would still be working and spending money on those houses. Anyway I’m sure it will work out for you scaredycat, by the way did you ever check back on that one that “got away” to see if it closed?
