Thanks for all your input AN, I followed also other threads about MM. Thanks for making clear the differences about W and E side of MM. I haven’t looked yet at a place near Calle Cristobal, but it seems from listing pretty nice area/houses. A bit expensive, but nice. 1990s is fine. Even mid/late 80s.
