However, I can provide some insights on “enhanced interrogation techniques” that you might find useful. Including some interesting uses for 2ltr bottles of 7Up. My husband (the current one that’s I’m nuts for) was in the Army during the Reagan years, and I’ve noticed that the phrase “plausible deniability” makes frequent appearances in our many of our discussions. Primarily when I’m telling him that his denials aren’t plausible. However, when he talks about serving under Reagan, it’s like he describing this long-lost “golden age” in civilization. He out-and-out worships the guy (and has the RR talking action figure on his library shelves to prove it). Reagan is the third rail in our relationship, and about the only time I keep my opinions to myself (but if he ever calls me Nancy, I’m gonna deck him).
As for the “interrogation techniques” you mentioned, I’ll be sure to tuck that away in my helpful household hints index card box for future reference. Never know when that sort of thing might improve your quality of life.
