Does any one know the history of this? It has been On and off of pending Status by the owner (trying to unload) then by the Bank
A couple of houses down are pending @593K and 620K .
This one keeps coming on and off.Off as recently as week or so ago
Maybe it has Inspection problems!!Someone syas it’s next to a frat house(??)
I understand that 1421 Horizon has a roof problem in another blog(OC)
The Pendings on Orion,Horizon and Antilla seem to be going on 6 weeks and still not closed.
Is this normal for REO’s.
