fat_lazy — do you think it would be better to pay 1.6 for a Plan 3 on a decent lot or pay 1.6 for a comparable house in torrey hills, maybe getting them down to 1.6 from 1.7 or 1.8 on a lexington perhaps???

do you think there is more value elsewhere inTorrey Hills, since a premium seems to be being paid for derby hill????
