Will be interesting to see February, see more than usual for sale signs and open houses last couple of weeks.

Thanks Rich, useful info! Wondering what is up with all the listings “back on market”? What would be the cause? Are folks having a hard time obtaining financing during escrow?

My guess is people having a hard time finding insurance options that aren’t crazy expensive (like the FAIR plan)
