No, I’m not talking about the craptastic football game from the other day, I’m talking about a listing bounce.

Probably just the areas I follow, but I noticed a significant uptick in the number of new listings yesterday.

Could certainly be a coincidence, but could also be that Charger madness provided a bit of a distraction. That said, if that were indeed the case, it would indicate to me some level of comfort amongst sellers that things will be picking up in the spring or whatever. I mean, if you were truly worried about the market, it’d take a lot more than a (formerly) winning football team to take your focus off of selling your house as soon as you could.
