What made you choose Bay Ho over some of the surrounding communities? Is there much of a difference that you noticed between them that can’t necessarily be found by viewing listings or visiting properties, as far as intangibles are concerned (vide, feel, etc.)?
Also, the properties we’re looking at are primarily flips, curious if you went this route as well. The non-flips we are looking at aren’t priced much differently from the flips, I’m not against a flipped house, but trying to get opinions on the matter.
