VA loans are amazing. Rates are VERY good and although there are some fees, they can be factored in to the rate and it still offers an excellent loan for a qualified borrower.
Nothing down, limited closing costs and no mortgage insurance. Available with crappy credit score, 620+ (SIX HUNDRED TWENTY)
There are different entitlements.
