Bingo! Lets see, move to WA state and have $35k extra cash for say 10 luxury vacations a year, or hand over that $35k to the mental midgets in Sac so they can do things like use it to backstop those $100k year for life (+ COLA increases of course) state union pensions? Hmmm?
