No, I was referring to the old adage of “sell in May and go away” and not the Greece thing. I guess the process of filing an IPO is long and laborious so MS went with whatever earliest date they could. Here’s a list of a few companies with a global name recognition and its market cap:

ebay: $51B
amzn: $98B
nike: $49B
dis: $79B

Does anyone here thinks FB is in the same class as these? Name recoginition-wise, yes. But product-wise is a definite no.
