Looks like a great view, which can be near impossible to find in SR in the price range you mentioned. Newer place so may be turn key which is also tough to find in your price range.

There really hasn’t been much to hit the market in SR this year, so the options are slim.

I’m not a fan of that development. It’s in a really awkward location – the intersection of Pomerado and Pomerado. How do you get out in the morning? One of the characteristics that people like about SR is it’s “neighborhood” feel. That development just seems so cut off from everyone else, stranded on a hill, locked in by a major intersection. It was built right around the peak of the bubble and continues to strike me as something that could only make sense during a frenzy.

That’s just my opinion though! Who knows what else will hit the market and when.

I would check in with a local realtor. The best deals haven’t sat around!
