We saw another home in Bordeaux today and overall it’s a great house but asking for $950K (on Deer Park Way). We feel like it’s still over-priced and have no glue how to submit a low offer and expect the seller to accept.
Also how useful is zillow? We thought zillow usually over-estimates the houses’ values but it seems like zillow is giving me much lower price than what the seller is asking for.
Again this house we see on Deer Park Way is asking about $350/sqft.
