You maybe right about living in smaller place away from the highways is ideal.
What weve come across in the last 6 months is far worse (house wise) than this one near the 8 freeway.
In our price range we see major fixers or houses on busy streets or houses in neighborhoods with bad schools.

This home is in a great neighborhood, in a cul de sac and is 75% remodeled.
Am I talking myself into this??
