Scarlett, IIRC, the west end of MM has *newish* subdivision(s) where you used to be able to watch hot air balloons from your backyard. Is this still true, AN?? Had you considered viewing properties in this area? From the link above, it appears the “balloon-viewing” neighborhoods would be located even LESS than 20 mins to dtn LJ!
